Who do you work with / which countries do you serve?
We serve U.S.-based brands, entrepreneurs, and Amazon/e-commerce sellers, and we also work with international clients upon request.
What does “Walmart-approved supplier” mean?
It means our production facility has passed Walmart’s supplier quality and compliance standards. This is a quality and trust assurance for brands aiming to place products in major retail chains.
Ordering & Minimums
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 6 units. This allows new and growing brands to test the market with low risk and low upfront cost.
What does “add to cart, receive your branded product in 14 days” mean?
When you choose one of our ready-made formulas listed on our website and order it with your own private label, the standard turnaround is 14 days. This timeline applies when the formula and bottle are already in stock.
What if I want a completely custom formula or bottle that isn’t listedon the website?
In that case, your order moves into custom formulation. The turnaround time will vary depending on the formula development, raw material sourcing, packaging/bottle procurement, and sample approval process. The standard 14-day timeline does not apply here instead, you’ll receive a personalized quote and timeline. We typically respond with an estimated timeline and cost within 24-48 hours of receiving your request.
How does the custom formula/bottle request process work?
1. You share your requirements with us (product type, target audience, desired effect, packaging preference).
2. Our R&D team prepares a formula proposal along with a cost and timeline estimate.
3. A sample is produced and submitted for your approval.
4. Once approved, your order enters production and a delivery timeline is finalized.
Can I request a sample?
Yes. You can request samples of both our ready-made formulas and any custom formulas developed for you. Sample lead times are handled separately from standard order timelines.

What product categories do you manufacture?
We manufacture hair care products (shampoo, conditioner, hair oil, serum), skin care products, and general cosmetics.
Can I bring my own formula?
Yes, if you already have a formula, we can adapt it for production. If you don’t have one, we can develop a formula from scratch based on your goals.
Do you accommodate special ingredient requests like vegan, sulfate-free, or paraben-free?
Yes, we can manufacture according to clean label preferences such as vegan, sulfate-free, and paraben-free formulations. Since these fall under custom formulation, the turnaround time may vary accordingly.
Packaging & Labeling
What are my bottle/packaging options?
You can choose from our in-stock standard bottles and packaging, or request a custom bottle/packaging sourced specifically for your brand. Custom packaging requests may also extend delivery time depending on the formula involved.
Do you design the label, or do I provide my own?
You can send us your own ready-made label design, or request design support from our team.
Pricing & Payment
What determines pricing?
Pricing depends on factors such as the formula chosen (ready-made or custom), the type of bottle/packaging, order quantity, and labeling. Pricing for ready-made formulas is clearly shown on our website; custom requests are quoted individually.
Does the unit price decrease with higher order quantities?
Yes, unit costs generally become more favorable as order volume increases. Contact us for a custom quote on larger volume orders.
Quality & Compliance
What standards are your products manufactured to?
Our facility operates in line with Walmart supplier standards, and all products are manufactured in the USA (“Made in USA”).
How does your quality control process work?
Every batch goes through quality control checks before and after production; mass production does not begin until the sample has been approved.
Logistics
How long does shipping take?
Once production is complete, shipping time is calculated separately based on the delivery address and should be considered in addition to the production turnaround.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, international shipping is available upon request; customs and logistics details are finalized before the order is placed.
