Return & Refund Policy PL Beauty Labs Effective Date: June 8, 2026

At PL Beauty Labs, we are committed to your satisfaction. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Most items are non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene and safety reasons (beauty, hair care, and personal care products).

Returns or refunds are generally not accepted for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Products returned without original packaging or labels
  • Products that have been altered or damaged by the customer

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly offer:

  • A full refund, or
  • A replacement/exchange (subject to availability)

Requirements for Damaged/Defective Returns:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and the original packaging.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition (as received, unopened if possible).
  • Return shipping costs may be covered by us in cases of manufacturing defects (we will provide a prepaid return label when approved).

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at info@plbeautylabs.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (especially for damaged items)
  2. Wait for our approval before shipping anything back.
  3. Ship the item back to the address we provide (approved returns only).

Important: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and may be refused or returned to sender at your expense.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or damaged product.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for damaged or defective items (subject to stock availability). If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will issue a refund.

Exceptions

Due to the personal nature of beauty and hair care products, we cannot accept returns for sanitary or health protection reasons. This includes but is not limited to wigs, hair extensions, adhesives, scalp treatments, and other personal care items.
